How Amenity Reserve works
Residents apply for reservations from their phones. Your board approves them, collects deposits and fees, and sees every amenity on one calendar.

Your board stays in control
Each space has its own rules. Requests that need a yes wait for your board. Everything else confirms on its own and still lands on the calendar.
