Questions about pricing
What counts as an amenity?
Each space residents reserve on its own: a clubhouse, a cabana, a court, a guest suite. Two courts booked separately are two amenities.
What counts as a household?
One address on your resident list, however many people live there. Households marked inactive don’t count toward your plan.
Where do deposits and fees go?
Straight to your community’s account. Amenity Reserve never holds your residents’ money.
We already use HOAcrew. Do we need another account?
No. HOAcrew and Amenity Reserve share one login and one community profile, and every HOAcrew account, Free included, comes with Amenity Reserve Free connected. Each product has a free tier, and you pay only where you need more.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up when you add amenities or start taking deposits, and your rules and bookings come with you.
