Calendar subscription
Subscribe Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook to your bookings with one private link.
What works today
- A member gets a private link for their own bookings. A community admin gets one for the community’s pending and approved bookings.
- Your calendar app checks the link on its own schedule, so a new booking or a change shows up there without a file to open. How soon depends on the calendar app, and can be a few hours.
- A member’s events carry the space and the community. An admin’s carry the space and whether it is approved, and nothing else: no households, addresses, names, emails, phone numbers, notes or payment details.
- Anyone with the link can see those bookings. Reset it to get a new link and stop the old one, or turn it off.
- A link stops working on its own when the person no longer has access to the community.
- This is a one-way feed. Changes you make in the calendar do not go back to Amenity Reserve.
