Charges file
Download the rental fees, kept deposits and refunds for any date range as a CSV.
What works today
- One row per money event, with a date, an account, a description and an amount.
- Refunds are negative rows, so your books net out.
- Every row has a Charge ID that stays the same for that charge.
- It is one layout for all four management systems. Each imports it through its own charges screen.
Set it up
- Open Settings, then Integrations in the admin.
- Choose your software and a date range, then download the file.
- Import it in your software’s charges screen.
One file for all four
Download the charges for any date range and import them in your software’s charges screen. Each system maps the columns its own way, so the file is the same for all of them.
