Buildium
A live connection that keeps your member list current, with an hourly sync.
What works today
- Connects with a Client ID and Client Secret from Buildium’s Developer Tools.
- The first sync brings in your members. Each hourly sync adds new owners and tenants and marks move-outs.
- A member Buildium marks as in collections can be paused from booking automatically.
- Charges reach your books the same way as for the other systems: you download the charges file and import it. Posting charges straight to Buildium is not switched on yet.
- We have run this against Buildium’s documented interface and a test copy of it. A live Buildium account has not been connected yet.
Set it up
- In Buildium, open Developer Tools and create a Client ID and Client Secret.
- In Amenity Reserve, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Connect Buildium.
- Paste the pair into the two fields and choose your association.
- Run the first sync. After that it runs every hour on its own.
What the sync looks like
Once you choose the Buildium association, the first sync brings in your members. After that each hourly sync adds new owners and tenants, marks move-outs and pauses households that are past due.
