Vantaca
Any Excel or CSV list works, including one exported from Vantaca. It is a file import, not a live connection.
What works today
- Any Excel or CSV list of homeowners works, including one exported from Vantaca.
- Amenity Reserve recognises the usual column names of the homeowner list, and you can choose any column by hand.
- We have not yet tried a real Vantaca export. If yours does not read cleanly, send it to us and we will check it.
- Charges go back the same way on Amenity Silver and above: download the charges file and import it in your software’s charges screen.

Set it up
- In Vantaca, export your homeowner list as CSV or Excel.
- In Amenity Reserve, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose your software.
- Drop the file in or choose it, and check which column is which. Name and Address are needed.
- Confirm the preview.
