Rules you can set for this space

  • One at a timeLimit how many cabanas or pavilions one home can hold at once so more homes get a turn.
  • Booking lengthSet the shortest time a member can book, such as a two-hour minimum.
  • How far aheadLet members book only the next few weeks so summer weekends do not fill in spring.
  • ApprovalCabanas can confirm right away. Larger pavilions can wait for an admin.

How a booking works

  1. The member opens your booking page on their phone and picks a time that is open.
  2. They read your rules for the space and sign them.
  3. If you ask to approve requests, an admin says yes or no. Otherwise the booking confirms.
  4. The member gets a calendar invite.
